After each ceremony, we provide our couples with a "How Did We Do?" form, as part of their package which includes their keepsake certificate, ceremony written on parchment, and more. We use these returned questionnaires to review how were are doing, and to allow our couples to let us know if we need improvement! All couples are welcome to send these in annonymously, in the event they have constructive things that they would like to say. We have hundreds of these on file, using their feedback to better our services. We have just begun scanning and posting them on this page.
